01Purpose
How Vice Partners LLC structures the money side of a partnership: who owns what, who can reach what, and where funds actually sit. The funding agreement references this document directly.
02Independence
The partner owns the entity, the Stripe account and the customers, start to finish. Vice supplies capital and operating work to that business. Nothing in a partnership transfers equity, creates a security interest over the account, or lets us bind the partner to a third party.
03Access controls
Seats are issued by the partner and revocable by the partner. We do not accept administrator credentials, ownership transfers, or unrestricted keys. Every action taken under a seat we hold is written to the partner’s own audit log, readable by them without asking us.
04Where the money sits
Your processor pays out to your bank on your own schedule. We are never in that path. Vice does not hold client money, does not commingle partner funds with its own, and is not a bank, a money transmitter or a payment processor. Our share arrives after yours has, not before.
05Underwriting and suspension
Beneficial ownership and processing history are verified before any offer. We may suspend or end a partnership where the processor opens an investigation, where disputes breach the threshold set in the agreement, or where something we were told turns out to be false.
06Disputes
Raise it with the partner named on your agreement; you get a written answer inside ten business days. Anything unresolved goes to the signatories on both sides before either of us involves a court. Florida law governs.
