01What this covers
This applies to vicepartner.com and to anyone who applies to Vice Partners LLC or signs a funding agreement with us. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
02What we hold
From your application: name, registered entity, work email, telephone number, store or site URL, monthly Stripe volume band, which processor you run, and whatever you write in the notes field.
From your visit: IP address, the city and country your network resolves to, device type, the referring page, and which sections of the site you read. That feeds the live view our own desk watches while applications come in.
During a partnership: reporting pulled through the seat you issued us, and settlement records for your share.
03What we never ask for
Not your Stripe password. Not a recovery code. Not a 2FA token. Not a secret API key. Not a banking credential. No page on this site collects them and no one here will request them by email or phone.
04Why we hold it
To underwrite an application. To run and reconcile a partnership once it is signed. To keep the records our accountants and regulators require. To stop the application form being abused. We do not sell it and we do not rent it out for anyone else’s marketing.
05Who else touches it
Cloudflare and Vercel host and deliver the site under contract. Our mail provider carries correspondence. Your payment processor holds its own relationship with you under its own policy — we send it nothing it did not already have. Beyond that, disclosure happens only where the law compels it.
06How long
A declined application: twelve months, so a resubmission can be recognised and a prior decision explained. An accepted one and its partnership records: seven years after the agreement ends. Live-visitor rows expire after ninety seconds and are never archived.
07Your control
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it where no obligation requires us to keep it. Write to contact@vicepartner.com; we answer within thirty days. UK and EEA applicants may also complain to their supervisory authority.
08Cookies
One, and only for us: a session cookie on the partner desk so a signed-in reviewer stays signed in. HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, eight hours. Public visitors get no cookie and are not followed onto other sites.
09Changes
Material changes move the date at the top of this page. Where a change affects an active partner, we tell them rather than waiting to be noticed.
